“I usually only ever cook with pork mince, belly or Freedom Farm’s pork scotch fillet because other times I have cooked pork it is always dry.. I am not one for roasts either – in the past when it has been cooked for me it is always been like sandpaper!

But the rack looked to beautiful I thought I’d take the chance. It came out beautiful. Flavourful and so incredibly moist. Just wanted to say thank you for the delicious meal – it will be on regular rotation in our house.”

“I bought some pork steaks from Nosh in Dominion Road. I only ever buy free range pork, chicken and eggs so this was a slight departure for me.

I found the meat to have more flavour and moisture than your average pig. I did enjoy your meat and would buy again.”
